A car believed to be connected to the disappearance of Kada Scott was found Wednesday afternoon in the East Falls section of Philadelphia
Chopper 6 was overhead as officers started to cordon off an area of the parking lot. The vehicle, which police believe belongs to the suspect, matched the license plate number that was released by investigators on Wednesday.
