Hi Travis and Suzi! So, let’s face it: I’m a pretty anxious guy who definitely leans towards the tightly-wound end of the spectrum, you know? This means that I have to find ways to keep calm and relieve stress. I currently have a morning routine where I get up early every weekday well before I need to leave for work to watch a video that relaxes me. This is part 1 of a series where I share some of the types of videos that help to keep Brian sane. I probably watch a video from Azerbaijan (one of which I’m sharing with you now) at least once a week where this couple up in the mountains of the region cook copious amounts of traditional cuisine. I don’t know if these videos are edited like this for humorous effect or if this is what really goes on there, but in every one of the videos I’ve seen the wife is doing all the really hard work while the husband wanders around the fields picking flowers and drinking tea.
