Plot : "สองฝั่งคลอง" (means 2 sides of canal) 1992 TV Drama Channel7 Thailand -the story /plot is about 1925-1946 (1 year after end of WWii) ,the main point of this drama is everyone have to have moral and education(knowledge especially for woman)to fight the storm of life ... -the story tell pass "ทับทิม"Tabtim (Chintara Sukapatana) the lady who loves education/knowledge she adhere moral and be patient to difficulty of life .This tv drama tells about family relations . Tabtim(is Ruby in English)(Chintara Sukapatana) the Siamese aristocrat lady of Klong san house , only 1 child of Khun Pra Tad(as Viscount) Khun pra Tad is only son of a Chao Praya(as Earl)มานพ อัศวเทพ who is soldier(Tabtim 's grandfather) , Tabtim 's father has 1 sister named Yi Sun (จารุวรรณ ปัญโญภาส) Yi Sun who got married w/ husband rank Kun Phra too has 3 daughters are Sakorn,Sa(วัชรารัศมี สุนทรพนาเวช) ,Pheaung(ชไมพร จตุรภุช) and Komen(boy).Tabtim get take care well from grandfather and grandmother(รัตนาภรณ์ อินทรกำแหง) cause of she was born for 7 days then her mother dead her father don't interested/look after her left her and go away to get marry again ,moves to live the other place Tubtim has nanny named Sem who closely look after her ,Tabtim is neat but persistent ,so her auntie (including her daughters not too much love Tabtim) ,as a teen Tabtim don't have any boyfriend opposite w/ Lady Pheaung who beautiful as rumored and Lady Sakorn social girl both Pheang and Sakorn don't like educations/studying only look for boyfriend, because Tabtim she isn't too beautiful+don't like dress up ,only Mr Laan(ยุรนันท์ ภมรมนตรี) who interested in her since first meeting , his inspiration is her Tubtim to make him advance with studying . Tabtim intends to study to can get a job she is a modenize thinking in that period (because that time in Siam/Thailand generally women don't have to studying much,women are housewife only) and one part sponsors are her grandfather and grandmother they worried that when they both dead Tabtim will get troubles ,Tabtim studies literature in an university during study still not graduate both her grandfather+mother die ,her auntie (Yi Sun) doesn't look after /take care Tabtim like her promise with her father and mother ,Tabtim have to take her mother 's belongings/properties for sell to take the money pay study fee until graduated and got job be teacher ,Tabtim moved from her house with her nanny Sem ,..after that Klong San house is chaotic ,Pheung 's husband don't have any good thing ,Sakorn 's husband is stingy guy only have a liking for Sakorn 's family ,Laan is all the time follows Tabtim when he graduated he ask for Tabtim get marry with him . Laan and Tabtim got married and moved to living Laan 's house that there are Chao praya Yutitham (Duke)ไพโรจน์ ใจสิงห์ Laan 's father ,heartless stepmother Lady Aim(พิราวรรณPirawan) and Aorawan (Lady Aim daughter)รุ้งทอง ร่วมทอง who be self-centered ,Lady Aim make trouble to Tabtim by speaking and action finally Tabtim stop patiance ,so Laan take Tabtim back her house ,Yi Sun her antie deports Tabtim to living at the other side of cannel,Laan and Tabtim living rogether happy accross with Pheaung ,..several tims that have arguments between Tabtim and Pheaung made Yi Sun pains ,...even though Tabtim should get her share from grandfather+mother 's properties+belongings ,her auntie Yi Sun doesn't give anything to her ,but Yi Sun give her daughters only ,they are so spend a lot+ prodigal until lots of properties diiminished ,Yi Sun 's daughters fight over each other for the properties ...,finally Tabtim be able just look her old house disappear at the opposite side ....by could not do anything ....
