Every challenge, we program an ENTIRE week of live events to get the community ready for the challenge ahead.

This video is a taste of the kind of FUN we have inside the community. The way that laughing together and at ourselves acts as an invitation to come as you are and be loved right where you're at in your journey. It's so hard to get serious about changing our lives if we can't make it fun along the way.

Yes, this challenge is about body movement and the FIVE different programs that span from beginner to advanced to meet you where you are. But the challenge is also all about building community. It's about meeting a line up of the extraordinary experts that lend their support all through the 10 weeks of programming.

This week is our pre-week party. Every day, we have our fun, celebrate our community and then get to hear from this all-star cast that's ready to pour into YOU!

Today, after this clip, we were blessed by our head nutrition coach Chris Doxsey who in partnership with our registered dietician have developed so many tools to help people with their personal transformation. Then, we welcomed the incredible Andy Dooley. Not only named one of America's top trainers, he's built a platform around Faith, Family and Fitness and brings his light into every session with our community.

Sept 7: Kass Martin and Emily Engemann lead a dance party while Sunny Hutton comes in to detail the exciting details of my new fitness app that every participant gets early access to absolutely free

Sept 8: Chris Doxsey and our team of accountability coaches are on to talk about the power of accountability and community in a challenge like this.

Sept 9: Danielle Gilmore is our breath work and yoga expert and will be taking the crew through both before Val Knight dives deep into all the free resources that live in your personalized portal.

Sept 10: Chef David Rushing, Larger Than Life's Bruce Pitcher are joining me and Dave for Cooking with the Bros. Meal prep, bulk prep and so much more.

Sept 11: Me and Dave are diving into a conversation around finding your "why", the power of integrity and the way it creates momentum and all the final tips for a successful challenge kick-off come Monday.
