I had never heard of Pikelets until watching the show Bluey! This led me to learn more about Pikelets and try out a recipe. In this video I share an easy recipe for Australian Pikelets, they are so simple to make! They are great topped with jam and whipped cream. I also have a homemade whipped cream in this video as well. These Pikelets were really tasty and delicious! Small, thick, and fluffy just like they should be. I can see why they are a favorite of the Heeler family in Bluey! I watch this show with my son all the time, we love it! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup whole milk
Butter for pan
Jam
Whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
