Here is a demonstration how to make French vanilla ice cream using this Rival electric ice cream maker. I have used it a bout 10 times now and it produces great results. You can purchase it on Amazon.com following this link: "http://amzn.to/2AiRpQo"

Recipe:
Ingredients2 cups of heavy cream
2 cups of half & half
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Whisk the cream, half & half together
2. Slowly whisk in the sugar and vanilla
3. Optional step: Bring to a low simmer for a couple of minutes
4. Put the mixture in the fridge to let it chill, covered
5. Transfer chilled mixture into the ice cream maker.
6. Follow ice cream maker instructions. It takes 40 minutes on my Rival ice cream maker.
7. Chill in freezer for at least an hour
8. Enjoy that yummy homemade ice cream.
