Today we are going to learn about getting loose through warm ups. Warm ups are so frequently skipped and it’s such a mistake! Athletes warm up before a game or practice, singers warm up before a concert, actors warm up before going on stage. Artists need to warm up before starting there art too. Doing these warm ups will not take up a lot of time or money, but can make huge differences in getting you loosed up before painting. So I invite you to take the warm up challenge to see how much better your art can be when you take the time to get loose!
