In this video I try and shed some light and what can be the most confusing rotations in Volleyball.
The 5-1 formation has 6 rotations unlike all the others which have 3.
Hopefully by showing you the line-up, the stacks, the rotations and then the final positions you can get to grips with this formations with ease.
