Day 15 Embodying Your Higher Self 30 Day Challenge | Working Out
Not only is working out, moving our body something that can help you embody your higher self but it has so many health benefits. I am by no means an expert on this subject however, I know personally that when I work out & move my body, I feel so much better and it bring a lift to my mood etc.
Even if it is just 10 minutes a day, moving your body, stretching, going for a walk will significantly help with your overall mood & health. Not to mention its great for mental health also.
This therefore is your sign! If you do not move your body, just like I don't. Then I challenge you to also move more even if it is just a walk or stretching.
