In this Episode – 019 – What is your Risk Attitude?
Different stakeholders assess and react to a situation or to an uncertain event very differently. Their assessment of a situation or an event and their actions are largely defined by their Risk Attitude. There are some natural tendencies of avoiding or taking risks and then there are responses in special conditions. It affects stakeholders’ decision making towards strategic decisions or creates conflicts among stakeholders delaying the decision. If Risk Attitude is not understood well or remain unchecked, managers may take unnecessary risks beyond stakeholders’ risk appetite or do not pick even low hanging fruits.
