Описание: We decided to explore a little shoot off path from the bridlepath we found in out last video, and it all goes a bit wrong. Nelly was extremely fresh after a couple of weeks off so she had no interest in listening to me. We couldn't get through the path because of fallen trees, she fought me the entire of the way back and then dragged me through another fallen tree, breaking my stirrup and giving me a fantastic bruise on my leg. We did redeem the ride by doing a little lap of the top of the hill and having a good gallop and she was much easier after that. I am always a big believer in exercising the silly out of fresh horses rather than trying to fight them over it but unfortunately the track we found ourselves on today and her spicy attitude was just a bad combination 😬
