DESCRIPTION
The Ontario Junior/Youth Provincial Championships is an elite competition hosted by Burlington Barbell Club.It is meant for promising Junior and Youth athletes from around the province to compete against one another. It is also within the qualifying period of several upcoming elite competitions, such as Winterlift, and Canadian Junior Championships. There are no qualifying standards for this competition.
THE VENUE
Crossfit Connection is located in Burlington, and is home to Burlington Barbell Club led by Coach Michael D'Angelo. The venue is located in the industrial section of Burlington, with the ability to host several types of group classes, such as Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. This location serves as an ideal space to host a competition of this nature. There are several places that athletes can get food and coffee that require a short amount of driving to get to.
