So the fast track program is our referral program. It's been out for about three years now. It's ideal for folks like you to outsource their transactions to us. So whether it's an SBA 504 loan, SBA 7(a) loan or our conventional product, we actually will take the loan from soup to nuts and underwrite it, get it approved and get it funded for you and then pay you a referral fee. We actually pay up to four points of referral fees for multi-use properties and up to three points for special use properties in our fiber for our conventional product. And actually we put you on the database, we give updates every week on the program so you have the latest information. We'll send that out so you can plan accordingly. And if it's a 7(a) transaction, it's really gonna depend a little bit on the flavor of the transaction.

It's probably best just to give us a call and talk us through that. But that's what our referral program is. I think it's the most competitive out there.
