If you spend hours at a computer, your shoulders are probably up by your ears right now. We'll open tight shoulders, release chest tension, and help you sit/stand taller. Props supported, beginners welcome, options for every body.
*What you'll need:*
✓ 2 yoga blocks or thick books
✓ Optional: blanket for knee padding
*What we'll do:*
✓ Gentle warm-up to release neck and shoulder tension
✓ Block-supported chest stretches to counteract rounded posture
✓ Upper back twists to release desk-sitting tension
✓ Calming savasana to integrate everything
