How To Build a DIY 10s5p Electric Skateboard Battery ($500 Electric Mountainboard Pt 3)

Описание: In this video, I demonstrate how to safely build a DIY 10s5p battery for electric skateboards (or other devices I suppose). This pack is made of Samsung 30Q cells, using 0.3x8mm nickel and 12awg copper wires. I've got it wired up with a 10s DALY BMS, and a GX-16 connector for charging.

The welder that I use is a Kweld, and I used 92J for the welds in this pack. For the power supply, I have a 3s Graphene battery from HobbyKing, and both the welder and battery have fans blowing directly on them.

Please be careful when working with lithium chemistry cells! I am not responsible for injuries or mishandling of said cells. Please do your due diligence before working with them. You don't need to be scared of them, you just need to respect them.
