Here is my Best Acrylic Paint Art Supply List for Beginners:
(around 50$) :
-Acrylic student grade paints: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, White
-Paint brushes: 1 large brush, 1 medium filbert brush and 1 detail brush (meaning with a pointed tip)
-Mix Media Sketch book with thick paper. Above 100lb is ideal / or Canvas 1’’-1/2 to 2’’ thick
-Palette knife
-Spray bottle
-HB pencil, eraser and sharpener
-Plastic plates or Palette Paper Pad (for mixing colors)

Other suggestions:
-Old glossy magazine as a paint mixing palette
-Old shirt instead of an apron
-Water instead of Matte Medium to dilute your paint and make it more spreadable
-Dish soap to clean your brushes
-Tabletop or wall instead of an easel
