Wellness Update Part 3 | 2nd workout class and staying productive

This update includes my 2nd workout at Find Your Fit in Puyallup, which was a Grid workout. We did cardio (run/burpees/squats) followed by 10 reps of an exercise, a half lap of either monster, lateral, crab, or bear walks or ladder drills, 10 reps of another exercise, back to cardio and then reverse. There were 3 different "grids" but I don't remember the specific exercises in each, but each group of exercises lasted 9 mins.
It kicked by butt to say the least 😅 But I did it!
Then I went home (after a well deserved Iced Vanilla Chai) and kept up the productivity high by doing dishes and laundry, before leaving again to hangout with my friends/coworkers and getting gas.
All in a good days work!
