To add or remove a user, you must be the property owner or the owner of a parent property.

To add a new user or a delegated owner
1. Pick a property from the list in Search Console.

2.Click the Settings icon in the list of icons on the left.
3.Click Users & rights.
4.Select Add user.
Enter the new user's Google Account name (email). Users must have a Google Account, and email groups can't be added as users or owners.
Choose the user's role, which is the level of permission to give them.
Save your changes.

To delete a user or delegated owner
1.Pick a property from the list in Search Console.
2.Click the Settings icon in the list of icons on the left.
3.Click Users & rights.
4.Click the Remove access button next to the user you want to delete from the list of users. The change should happen as soon as possible.
