Ingredients:✍️
boneless chicken.. 500g
medium tomatoes (chopped) ..1
small onion (chopped) ... 1
green chilies (chopped)
ginger garlic paste ..1tsp
turmeric powder.. half tsp
red chili powder... 1tsp
chili flakes.. 1/2tsp
salt 1 tsp (or to taste)
crushed black pepper. ..1/2tsp
crushed coriander (dry coriander)
cooking oil... 3 - 4 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish 🌿
vinegar (optional) 1/2tsp
soy sauce ( optional )
Method:
Heat oil in a karahi or pan on medium flame.
Add chopped onion and fry until light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add boneless chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until the color changes.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and crushed coriander.
Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook for 8–10 minutes until the chicken becomes tender.
Add chopped green chilies, black pepper, and garam masala.
Cook for 2–3 more minutes until oil comes on top.
Garnish with fresh coriander and a little vinegar if you like.
