Описание: The Critical Trauma Working Group is a group of graduate and undergraduate students, community practitioners, and community members who conceptualize trauma as a symptom of exposure to structural and interpersonal oppression. We explore how systemic forms of oppression, such as colonialism, capitalism/economic racism, and patriarchy, can lead to biological, psychological, and community detrimental effects within and across marginalized populations and within and across generations. Rejecting deficit models of trauma, we acknowledge individual and community-level capacities to heal from and disrupt systems of oppression. You can contact us at [email protected]
