Kuromi Truffles | Hello Kitty Cooking Fun

Описание: Hello Friends! Today we’re making delicious treats to celebrate Kuromi’s birthday month and spooky season! In honor of our Halloween loving friend, we’ll be making supercute pumpkin cheesecake truffles that look just like Kuromi. They’re super easy to make and you don’t have to bake them so you can enjoy them immediately. Grab your supplies and let’s get baking!

Materials Needed
⅓ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
4 drops of orange food coloring
½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup canned pumpkin puree
4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tablespoon butter
Black and white candy melts
Purple, pink, black royal icing
Piping bags
Small ice cream scoop
Shallow baking dish
Whisk
Rubber spatula

(01:38) Step 1: Start by combining butter, cream cheese, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan over heat. Mix together and stir in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted.

(02:20) Step 2: Pour mixture onto a butter greased baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.

(02:43) Step 3: Roll cooled mixture into pumpkin and Kuromi shapes. Dip the Kuromi shapes into the black candy melts and refrigerate to harden.

(03:18) Step 4: Pipe details onto Kuromi and the pumpkin. We’re all finished!
