Video series documenting nodes in Delve on depths 6000+.
Haunted Remains has two variants, this is the bugged one that opens an Abyss hole and keeps perpetually spawning Abyss monsters. This node cannot be completed at the time of the recording (Patch 3.27). Attempted at depth 6022.

As per poewiki this was supposed to be fixed with patch 3.8.0d (2019) but it seems that it was reintroduced later as per these posts from 2024 - 2025:
