Potato salad recipe
5 gold potatoes (depending on size pour half at a time to your Mayo mixture)
1 jalapeño (some seeds or all the seeds removed if you’re scared) i was scared lol 😂 i removed some
1 shallot
5 strips GOOD QUALITY BACON
3/4 cup Mayo
1/2 block cream cheese(SUPER SOFTENED)
1 HEALTHY tbsp Dijon mustard (to taste)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp grillmates smokehouse maple( to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste if needed(i did not use them.
This recipe can be doubled for large families. This recipe feeds 5-6
