Happy Easter guys! Here’s a recipe for you.
WANYOEZ PORK WET FRY
🐷 1 kg pork, cubed
🧂 salt and pepper
💦 water, as needed
🧅 1 onion, diced
🧄 2 cloves of garlic
🫚 knob of ginger
🍅 2 tomatoes
🫙 Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
🫑 Capsicum
🌿 Dhania
Tips
DON’T BOIL YOUR PORK! You will genuinely lose a lot of flavor. Render the fat. If too much - set some aside for cooking the greens. If too little, add some cooking oil.
Underseason the meat initially as the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce has some saltiness to it. Taste your food as long as it’s cooked through.
After adding in the sauces, turn down the heat and let the wet fry flavors mellow down for 15 minutes.
