Описание:
Input: continuously rotating yellow shaft to which a disk of three pins is fixed.
Output: interruptedly rotating shaft to which a ratchet wheel is fixed.
Green crank is idly mounted on the output shaft.
Orange pawl is pivoted on the crank.
The yellow pins push the pawl and makes the ratchet wheel rotate.
The blue plate prevents the pawl from contact with the ratchet wheel when the pawl pin contacts the blue plate.
