This morning looked like:
✅ 20 minutes
✅ Just a few lifts: deadlifts, and arms
✅ Done before the house woke up
My schedule is packed today - but STILL doing something for my strength matters. Not perfect. Not extreme. Just doable.
And the thing about doable is… it stacks up!
Day after day, week after week.
If you’re trying to juggle health with kids, work, and life - maybe it doesn’t have to be harder.
Maybe it just has to be repeatable.
Here’s a simple set of workouts you can alternate every day to get started:👉 Workout A 10-Minute AMRAP:
10 Push-Ups (knee or incline if needed)
15 Air Squats
20 sec. Side plank each side
👉 Workout B 10-Minute AMRAP:
8 Reverse Lunges
12 TRX Rows (simple off brand bands found on amazon for like 35 bucks)
30 sec. Wall sit
