Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation’s (PCCI) Sachs Summer Scholars is one of North Texas’ most prestigious internship programs as it immerses high school, college and graduate students in the world of healthcare technology and science. With a focus on bringing women into this industry, the internship program offers a platform that gives women a chance to learn, side by side, with some of the top minds in the data science and clinical world. The 2020 interns become part of PCCI’s innovation process that is geared toward helping the under-served populations in our communities.
The internship program is named in memory of PCCI board member, Michael Sachs, a visionary healthcare leader and innovator who passed away in 2019.
