All my figures and model cars are purchased with my own money. Therefore I give honest review with as much detail as possible.

In general, here is what I think about model cars. Top brands are BBR, LCD, Motor Helix, Keng Fai, Xiao Guang, Polar Master, HPD, KiloWorks, Auto Art Signature. Second best brands are Almost Real, Minichamps, Norev, NZG, iScale and finally Welly, Bburago and Maisto as last in term of price tag. AA unfortunately stop manufacturing diecast model for years now and instead they are making composite model and still pricey. BBR are nice but they are ridiculously expensive and not worth it in my view. The best value for money is LCD, KengFai, Motor Helix and Xiao Guang. I don't do resin or seal model since I only collect diecast related model cars and figures.

Most of my model comes from Small Ants Model from China and they are very good with packaging and reasonable price tag. They usually have monthly promotion and also eBay and Ali Express store. So do check it out on their official website. https://www.samodelcar.com/

I also recommend you to check out on local car dealership websites such as Mercedes, Porsche, Tesla (usually under Lifestyle tab). CK model car in Germany is also good and they do a lot of racing models but you have to pay import tax and cannot ship under £135 to UK. In term of 1/6 scale figures, I would recommend Toys Buying Agent and KG Hobby from Hong Kong. They haven't let me down once and consistent customer service. TBA send quicker than KG and check out in the sale season for a good deal. In UK, Comic and Cocktails and eBay are my main source for Hot Toys but bare in mind that all items in the UK has 20% VAT and oversea is cheaper but with added shipping cost, it will probably work out the same. So do shop around to find the best price. As for the Gundam and Transformers, I would suggest Bombusbee.net or ShowZ store from China. If you like Three Zero products, you can get it directly from them too. I would say MoShow and CangDao are my favourite and Motor Nuclear and Heatboys are my second choice. Three Zero DLX line is the best and their figures are usually value for money.

Also use PayPal and Credit Card for every purchase you made. PayPal will cover up to 6 months and eBay has buyer protection but Credit card can charge back under section 75 and cover up to 5-6 years. Make sure to keep all the receipts especially the pre order items and screenshots until you get the figure in your hand. Check your country policy and law before purchase from overseas.
