TURMERIC FACE MASK

Here is the recipe I use the most (in case you don't have all the ingredients you can always substitute them. Bellow I give suggestions of substitutions as well.)

Turmeric Face Mask:
1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric
2 tablespoon of Garbanzo bean flour ( you can also use Rice flour or regular flour)
1 tablespoon of Avocado oil (you an also use coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil or any of your favorite oils :)
Butter Milk or you can also use regular milk (add a little bit at a time, only enough to make a thick paste)

-Wash your face and pad try.
-Mix all the ingredients and apply a thick layer. Leave for 20 minutes or more till it dries out.
-Wash the mask off with warm water to make it easier to take off the mask
Pad dry your face with paper towel so does not stain any of your towels

Enjoy. This batch will make multiple masks. You can leave on the refrigerator and use it within 1 week. I use this multiple times a week and I've had great results.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to do a patch test before you apply the mask to make sure you don't have any allergic reactions. I have very sensitive skin and I had no problem with this mask at all, but it's always good to do a patch test anytime you try anything new for your skin :)
