Описание: The Belize Police Department has concluded its five-week Assistant Physical Training Instructor Course, a programme carried out in partnership with the Belize Defence Force (BDF) to improve fitness standards, discipline, and operational readiness across police ranks. The cohort of participating officers officially completed the intensive training today, marking the end of a joint initiative aimed at preparing police personnel to serve as certified physical training instructors within their respective formations.  Throughout the five weeks, officers underwent rigorous conditioning exercises, instructional methodology sessions, and leadership-focused fitness modules. Officials say the training is intended not only to enhance the physical capacity of individual officers but also to establish a network of certified instructors capable of elevating overall performance within the Department.  Speaking at today’s closing ceremony, Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of National Defence and Border Security, Francis Usher, underscored the importance of the programme in reshaping public perception of the Police Department.
