Bodyweight-Based Alternatives:
Day 1
1. Archer Pushups - Chest
2. Single Leg Deadlift - Hamstrings
3. Pull Ups (Over & Underhand) - Back
4. Pistol Squat - Quad & Glute
5. Tricep Pushups/Bar Dips - Triceps
6. Shoulder Archer Pushups/Handstand Pushups (Off Or Against Wall) - Shoulders
7. Single Leg Calf Raise - Calf/Calves
Day 2
1. Pistol Squat - Quad & Glute
2 & 3. Archer Pushups + Over/Underhand Pull Up (Superset) - Chest & Back
4. Single Leg Deadlift - Hamstrings
5. Bicep Chin Up (+ Myoreps) - Bicep
6. Hanging Reverse Deadlift - Abs/Core
*All Can Be Done With Weights/Weighted Vest
**Sets And Reps Are As Shown In Video
***All Exercises Assume Little To No Weights But Weights Are Recommended For Some Exercises To Allow For Further Progression
