Differences in the Valorant footsteps (until neon)

Описание: Ok well, this was a fun video to make, had this idea yesterday while on the toilet, and just couldn’t seem to find any content like this. To be fair though, who the hell would watch this sort of thing, doesn’t seem very algorithm anyways, but I dunno I kinda just did it myself

I don’t feel like the walking routes I used were the most five star thing I could’ve done to be honest, like jumping three times you wouldn’t realistically hear in game. Most times you’d want to be hearing footsteps through walls as well so that’s also a doodoo on my part, but if I would have to record every wall footstep in the game I wouldn’t see the end of it, and so I didn’t. Ok but why do you show the sheriff side strafing and strafe operator scope? I kinda thought that the knife out running footsteps would kinda be unrealistic, so I used the sheriff because it has the same movement speed as the rifles and so I thought the slower pace of the steps would be more true. Then the scoped op is like one of the slowest movement speed that makes noise so just wanted the long interval between steps.

So that’s like 4 ish hours in a custom game trying to figure out tiny nuances between each steplegit just ran around Ascent with each agent under different materials, keep in mind- THIS VIDEO WAS ONLY FOR CONCRETE FLOOR, so imagine every other material: sand, dirt, grass, wood, water, mud, glass, and then I’m pretty sure there’s hollow AND hard metal? Further testing required but god forbid I do every other material of floor. Just keep in mind that they more or less sound the same as concrete, but some sounds get skewed depending on the material, most maps you’ll hear them on concrete anyways so yeah.

And yes I muted a very small part of sova’s clip, it was basically because I rushed to re-record it and so, two discord notifications that I couldn’t care to remove or rere-record it. Muted for your ears’ convenience.
