Описание: Under the dynamic leadership of Mr Altaf Hussain, MQM carried out Pakistan's biggest cleanliness campaign in Karachi. The historic campaign namely 'Hafta-e-Safai' started on 9 Sept 1988 and ended on 16 Sept 1988. Hundred of thousands of people from every walk of life voluntarily participated in this campaign for eight days and tons of garbage was removed from the streets of Karachi.
