Betz Tiger Point Preserve is part of the 7 Creeks Recreation Area.
It gets its name from the 7 creeks that surround it.... Bogey Creek..Clapboard Creek ..Cedar Point Creek.. Edwards Creek ..Fitzpatrick Creek Horseshoe ..Creek and Pumpkin Hill Creek.
It is an amazing Jacksonville park that very few seem to know about.
You'll find it at the very end of Pumpkin Hill road...
You will take a left turn off of Cedar Point road.
This area includes the Edward's Creek day use area which is still in development.
Tiger Point trail is a short scenic trail that runs along the creek.
The trail is 3 miles out and back even if you take the overlook spur.
