This homemade bread recipe is incredibly soft, fluffy, and budget-friendly.

Ingredients:

Egg — 1

Sugar — 3 tablespoons

Vegetable Oil — 120 ml

Water (lukewarm) — 360 ml

Mix well

Instant Dry Yeast — 1 teaspoon

Mix again

Wheat Flour — 700 g

Salt — 1 teaspoon


Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, add the egg, sugar, vegetable oil, and lukewarm water. Mix well until combined.

2. Add the instant dry yeast and mix again.

3. Gradually add the wheat flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.

4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

5. Lightly grease your hands and the baking pan with vegetable oil.

6. Shape the dough and place it into the greased pan.

7. Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes until fluffy.

8. Brush the top with egg yolk for a golden finish.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
