Breakings: It's official. Christie Sides is out, and the Indiana Fever are now looking for a new head coach. This paves the way for Stephanie White to return to Indiana, where she spent time both as a player and part of the coaching staff.
White, the 2023 WNBA Coach of the Year, will no longer return to the Connecticut Sun in 2025. There is reportedly a general belief that White is going to be the Fever's next coach now that Sides is out of the picture.
Interestingly enough, an old statement from White about Indiana superstar Caitlin Clark has recently resurfaced on X. In it, the former Fever guard/forward called out the media for the pressure they were piling on the rookie so early on in her WNBA career
