In this video, I'll show you a neat trick to tame your own personal email nightmare and have AI ready and understand whats in your mail so you can make choices about how to automatically manage what happens.

The prompt used in the demo is:
Summarize the given [ Email Text] using these rules.

If you determine based on the text I give you that it is Marketing Information, don't do any more, just respond with the word Marketing.

If you would consider it just a passive response to something I have sent that requires no follow-up, send back Nothing Needed in the response.

If you determine it requires me to take urgent action, perhaps due to the tone or the content or some indicator in the text like a due date or a date that is soon, respond with Urgent Action Needed in the text you give back. Summarise who has asked (use an email address if present) and be very specific about the action it is that has been suggested. send back the response along with the action you have determined and the name of any person who sent the email.
