Описание: National Skills Registry (NSR) is an initiative of IT-BPM industry body NASSCOM for projecting India as a preferred off-shoring destination by developing a national database of uniquely identified Knowledge Professionals with objective data about each industry employee. It is a web based system hosting a fact sheet of information about the existing and prospective employees of IT-BPM industry in India. This information can be accessed by member companies based on employment relationship with the professional or permission provided by the professional on the system.
