This week was full of REAL food adventures! 🌶️🍽️
We kicked things off at the farmers’ market and then used the ingredients to whip up some flavor-loaded meals - including Hatch Chile Guacamole for a party and Mexican Breakfast Pizzas for a delicious Sunday morning breakfast. And SO MANY more!
We also took a quick trip to Springfield, where is picked up fresh ingredients from a brand-new food hub and used some of those ingredients in the Mediterranean Roasted Eggplant Pasta with Lemon Garlic Cod - which we enjoyed with great friends!
