As a Founding Partner at Trowbridge Nieh LLP, Jon advises clients on matters related to crowdfunding, syndications, commercial real estate transactions, and securities laws.
In addition to offerings under Regulation D and Regulation A, Jon also has experience with helping clients raise funds under Regulation Crowdfunding (Regulation CF or Reg CF). His clients range from real estate syndicators to small business startups looking for early sources of funding.
Jon earned his JD from the UCLA School of Law and BA from UCLA. He is also a real estate investor and currently a CCIM member candidate. Jon is licensed to practice law in California and Texas.
