Quick overview and opinions on the Belt Squat attachment for Rep Fitness PR-4000 & PR-5000 Power Racks. Leg Day workout where unfortunately, the Belt Squat is only used for a SMALL PORTION of the workout, due to the tediousness of implementing in the rack. This is one attachment that is meant to install and remove and it's a bit cumbersome to do so. Other attachments like the Lat/Low Row, ISO Arms or Monolifts are meant to stay attached and perhaps adjust positions, so they're quite a bit easier to use and incorporate into your routine.
