Описание: The gold standard for model making artists and engineers, and the largest model railway exhibition in the world can be seen at the Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg, Germany. Despite the popularity of model making as a hobby worldwide, apart from Germans, I’ve yet to meet anyone outside of Germany who has ever heard of it. This 10 minute video includes shots taken during a visit in 2014 of this incredible institution which was opened in 2001. It features over 1,000 trains, intricate miniature landscapes and historical scenes from Scandinavia, Germany, and the US, a working model airport, and you will see its displays in both a daytime and nighttime environment as it periodically dims the lights several times an hour. It is one of Germany's most popular tourist attractions. It is reasonably priced and is free for children under 100 cm tall. It’s a must-see for any model hobbyist or casual visitor to Germany.
