In this slow art video, I'm sharing my winter art process and what it's looked like to trust my art practice through creative play, intuition, and making art without a plan.

At the start of the new year, I felt the familiar pressure of new year goal setting. I noticed how quickly that urgency made my art feel heavy and disconnected. In this video I share my art process guided by creative intuition, my art supplies and small moments of creative play, rather than a fixed outcome.

I talk about trusting my art process by lowering the pressure, working in short imperfect art sessions in my sketchbook practice and in my art journal. This is an invitation to look at how creative play can help rebuild trust in your art practice, especially when motivation feels low or the process feels uncertain.
