Francis Goya (nacido François Edouard Weyer, 16 de mayo de 1946) es un guitarrista y productor de música clásica belga. Ha grabado cincuenta álbumes, muchos de los cuales han sido de oro o platino. Su nombre artístico Francis lo cambió en 1975 por el nombre actual Francis Goya. Su primer single en solitario, Nostalgia, se convirtió en un éxito internacional, alcanzando el número 1 en Bélgica, Holanda, Alemania, Noruega y Brasil.
