Hi, Paul again here from EMD Motorsport Australia 🇦🇺
In this video, we complete the Porsche 993 engine reinstall and carry out the first proper startup after replacing the cam cover gaskets. This follows on from the previous videos where the engine was removed and repaired.
With everything back together, we start the car, confirm oil pressure, and carry out final inspections before fully reassembling the rear of the vehicle.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE
On air-cooled Porsche 993s, oil pressure must be verified immediately on startup. Any leaks will usually show straight away once the engine fires.
