Food Basics is an excellent place to shop for cheap groceries. If you go elsewhere, you are definitely spending a lot more money than you should. I always walk out of Food Basics with several bags of groceries and spend only about $60-80. The same items at other "upscale" supermarkets would definitely cost over $100. Food Basics is actually one of my most frequented supermarkets and here, I take you with me!
