Is this the most ridiculous 'car' ever invented?

Описание: This is the Secma QPOD, the most ridiculous 'car' (can you even call it that!?) you'll ever see... 100%. With its 4 stroke 340cc lombardini engine, this thing makes a lovely sound whilst cruising along the streets at speeds of up to 50mph (if you're lucky). Realistically, you're looking at about 40mph as your genuine top speed.

I wanted to just do a pov driving video with this thing because its literally the worlds stupidest car and the funniest thing I've ever seen. I can't even imagine what people think when they see this absolute beast rolling through the streets hahaha.
