• What sponsorship is supposed to look like at its best
• Why service + leadership aren’t “advanced recovery” — they’re often the missing ingredient
• How to move from “white-knuckling” to a daily spiritual practice you can actually maintain

Core premise: the early recovery movement didn’t just teach people how to not drink — it trained people to become leaders who could help others quickly. That “help someone else” orientation is still one of the strongest predictors of long-term recovery.

2) We democratize success (a Life Map for the “promised land” side of sobriety)

Because getting sober is the beginning — not the end.

You’ll build a simple “Life Map” to start creating real momentum in:
• Health
• Relationships
• Money / stability
• Purpose / calling
• Emotional sobriety
• Spiritual fitness
• Environment & community support

This is for anyone who wants to change their life — whether you’re in the first 30 days, the first year, or you’ve been sober a while but still feel like you’re living under a low ceiling.

What I believe (and what the research increasingly supports)

Recovery outcomes aren’t just about meeting attendance — they’re strongly shaped by connection, stepwork, sponsorship, and helping others. Many studies find that having a sponsor and deeper AA involvement are associated with better abstinence outcomes, and that helping/sponsoring others can be especially powerful for long-term recovery.
