The 8th generation of the Cadillac Series 70 is a remodeled version of the 7th gen in the series which was designed in 1959. It remained a model car until 1961 when the new 8th gen model was launched. The 8th generation of the Cadillac Series 70 had a new exterior design and its engineering was also remodeled.
