Well, I've spent a lot of money here recently, and now I need to sell some wood beams to get make a little bit back. I've also got a few other things to do around the homestead. Moving into the next month or two, harvesting, making some bread and such.
Join me as I try to survive the New Homestead Act Challenge. I've recreated the Homestead Act of 1862, just updated.
I'm limited to what I can get out of the Used Vehicle Sales for Tractors/Harvesters. Nothing past the year 2000.
I have to turn a quarter of the land into forestry, a quarter into cultivated land, a quarter into animal use and a quarter for the homestead plus greenhouses and the like.
I owe the government $5100 in fees yearly for the next 10 years.
No leasing.
No new vehicle purchases except for at the very start.
No contracts.
No Loans.
No unrealistic equipment or placeables.
I have to build (constructable) a home.
I have to be able to feed myself. Then my family. I have to be able to sustain not only food, but finances as well.
I'm sure I'm missing a couple of things, but those are the main points.
